We take pride in every single one of our hand poured candles and wax melts and use high quality vessels, cotton wicks, fragrance oils, and packaging. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your purchase and to provide a candle experience you are excited to share with your friends and family. If there are any issues that do arise, please see below for our return and refund policy.


Damages and Issues

Please be sure to inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please contact us at within 7 business days to begin a return. Unfortunately, after 7 business days have passed since receiving your product, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange. To ensure you are eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it as well as unused with no signs of being previously burned. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the address to send your package back to. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs related to your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and any used products like lit candles or used wax melts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
